Each
year the Southwest Kansas Petroleum Industry Education Committee
and Seward County Community College, through its office of Business
and Industry, sponsors a Gas Measurement and Pipeline Institute
in the fall and a Gas Compressor Institute in the spring in Liberal,
Kansas. These institutes feature a variety of lectures, discussions,
demonstrations, hands-on sessions and industry exhibits to inform
participants about the oil and gas industry. Over 100 exhibitors
display products that are on the cutting edge of technology for
the industry. |

Area
Students thank you for supporting these Institutes. Funds generated
support scholarships for area students at Seward County Community
College and Southwest Kansas Technical School. Seward County Community
